O trabalho gravado em 2001 faz parte do box <strong><em>David Bowie 5: Brilliant Adventure<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O cantor esperava lan\u00e7ar o disco na \u00e9poca, mas a gravadora EMI\/Virgin preferiu engavetar o disco. Bowie ent\u00e3o abandonou o projeto para trabalhar em seu \u00e1lbum de 2002, <strong><em>Heathen<\/em><\/strong>, com a Columbia. Em 2011, uma d\u00e9cada depois da grava\u00e7\u00e3o, o misterioso disco vazou na internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2019Toy\u2019 \u00e9 como um momento no tempo capturado em um \u00e2mbar de alegria, fogo e energia\u201d, disse o produtor <strong>Mark Plati<\/strong> em comunicado. \u201cEstou feliz em finalmente poder dizer que agora ele pertence a todos n\u00f3s\u201d, acrescentou o colaborador de Bowie de longa data.
